- The above packages are not applicable for the whole month of August. Please use the Room Only rates for the month of August
- Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
- A surcharge of RM30.00 per person on eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Check In Time : 2.00 pm
- Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
- Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
- Airport transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).
- Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
- Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
- Any late special request for the land & Boat Transfer other than the schedule stated above shall be subjected to additional charge. The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to see and weather conditions.
- Baby Cot – Free Of Charge.
- All guest taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk. The Resort shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All guest are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.
- Resort is not responsible for any difficulties which might arise should guest is caught for any action against Government rules and laws.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
PEAK SEASON
The Homestay is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the stay or the total package reserved in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. All cancellation is not refundable.
LOW SEASON
The Homestay is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the stay or the total package reserved in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW. All cancellation is not refundable.
